An elusive and shy pokemon, this latias has evaded human detection for decades, balancing her desire to learn and adapt to human life with avoiding being seen by their kind. A natural traveler, this pokemon of many names has been to many regions through the years, never in one place for too long.With the recent disappearance of her twin Latios, whom she has not seen in the past ten years, this latias seeks to learn what has become of her brother. Ever fearful that he has been brought under human captivity, but determined to learn the truth, Estelle brings herself closer to mankind in an effort to discover secrets and knowledge she has hungered for for years.

PERSONALITY & HISTORY.

This elusive Latias was born with the heart of a vagabond. From the moment she was old enough, she and her twin brother set off for vast skies and grand regions, often going together or sometimes alone, to explore the world. They existed in relative peace, typically remaining unseen like the rest of their kind, to avoid capture by human hands. This behavior, they practiced for decades, owing to their human disguises which have been able to fool most individuals.Estelle, as she is called by her kin, is a shy and polite particular Latias. Though she's curious about human life and human quirks, she ultimately keeps a fair distance from such individuals, requiring well-formed trust to finally reveal her true form. Though she possesses loyalty to those she comes to care for, Estelle is still a fickle and vagabond spirit, terrified of being confined in one area for long periods of time. As a result, she frequently evades the human eye as to avoid drawing attention to herself.Until recently, this latias has kept herself secret from mankind, only studying them from a safe distance. With the sudden disappearance of her twin brother Latios, with whom she would frequently sight-share and keep in contact, Estelle has been forced to contemplate his potential capture by humans, and seeks to find him. If it means risking her freedom by interacting with mankind, then so be it. She will find her brother.

  • LIGHT-REFRACTING DOWN. This same down, which allows Latias to become 'invisible' at will, can also be used to alter her appearance.

  • SIGHT-SHARING. An ability established via a strong telepathic link between herself and her twin brother, Latias has the ability to 'see' what Latios is seeing, though it must be triggered by Latios, and vice versa.

  • TELEPATHY. Latias' human appearance is still a guise, and she lacks the proper vocal chords to speak orally. She can communicate via telepathy, but otherwise appears as a mute girl in her human disguise.

  • HEAL PULSE. Latias can create a comforting aura meant to heal small wounds almost instantly, and speed up the healing of severe ones.
